The International Culinary Institute (ICI) provides quality and professional programmes with state-of-the-art facilities to groom aspiring youths to be well versed in international cuisines, baking and pastry arts and wine, supporting students’ successful career development in the industry. It also provides youngsters with diversified progression pathways leading to various professional qualifications. ICI offers a wide range of quality professional culinary programmes covering cuisines of Europe, the Mediterranean, Americas, the Middle East and Asia as well as bakery, pastry and confectionery. It also provides wine related programmes to groom aspiring youths for career development in the culinary, wine and hospitality industry.

Vocational Training Council (VTC), established in 1982, has always been at the forefront of vocational and professional education and training (VPET). As a statutory body, we are an essential part of the Hong Kong education system to ensure the skills of the workforce remain fresh and future ready. Our mandate to provide VPET is vital in meeting industry needs, and in fulfilling the aspirations of some 200,000 young people and in-service workers who attend a programme every year at one of our 13 member institutions. THEi provides career-oriented degree programmes with a fine balance of theory, practical, general education and industry/ profession-specific modules. The programmes include real-life projects and industrial attachments to nurture competent professionals with an international outlook.
